Meet Stringtales

It's not often that you meet a couple who share both a life journey and a musical journey as well.   Peter Allsop and Nicky Ross are one of those rare couples - and they treasure those bonds.

Along their life journey, they have written and collected an awful lot of great songs,so it was inevitable then that this couple should build their collection into a musical duo to share with others.

With Peter's extensive skill as a musician plus rich deep vocal sound, combined with Nicky's  sweet voice, Stringtales will take you to new places through their music.

Together Peter and Nicky have been performing at Folk Clubs, Festivals, and House Concerts in the Greater Newcastle and Sydney region. 

Their gentle harmonies, storytelling, and subtle arrangements bring a fresh feel to their well-travelled songs, as well as Peter's original works.
